  • At INSIGIL CLOTHING, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and services. As such, we have a no refund policy. All sales are final and non-refundable.
  • Please make sure all shipping & order information is correct before finalizing your order. 

 

Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges for sizes. Please double check you have selected the correct size before confirming your order.
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@insigilclothing.com.

 

Delivery Exception

  • If your package is sent back to the sender due to incorrect address, you will be issued you a refund minus the shipping cost and will need to place a new order at your own convenience.
  • If your package was marked as delivered by the shipping courier and you still have not received your package, you will be entitled to a 50% refund of the original product, minus the shipping cost.
